Socratric Dialogue series
On a regular basis, V&V organizes one-day socratic dialogues for groups of 6-8 participants. The themes are set beforehand. Check the socratic dialogue page for more information about the method.
The sessions take place in Frankfurt am Main on Saturdays from 10.00 until 18.00, including a one hour lunch break.
The next socratic dialogues are:
- 14 January 2012: What is corporate social responsibility?
- 25 February 2012: What is diversity?
- 7 April 2012: (to be determined)

N.B. By default, these workshops are in German. If participants agree the workshop can also be held in English or Dutch. If interested, but German is not possible, please do enquire for possibilities and alternatives.
Reflection days
In cooperation with Chaire: massage en yoga, V&V organizes regular reflection workshops combining cognitive reflection with meditation and yoga exercises.
The next reflection days will take place on January 20 and 21, 2012 in Deventer, Netherlands.

Dialogue Facilitation 2012
The dialogue series is a series of webinars and workshop addressing different forms of dialogue, with a focus on the role of the facilitator. The series consists of the following modules:
- Introduction: On dialogue, perspective and truth
- Communicating: active listening and non-violent communication
- Changing concepts: intercultural communication
- The neutral third party: facilitating negotiation
- Gaining insight: beyond problem oriented dialogue
The dialogue webinars series uses a format combining webinars and one-day workshops. On two Wednesday evenings there will be two hour webinars, using videoconferencing software. The Saturday after, a one-day workshop will take place in Frankfurt am Main.
The series will take place in 2012, starting in early spring and ending in december. Exact dates will be published soon.
