Stuck in your job? Can't find the forest between the trees? V&V offers systemic coaching related to conflicts, organization development, strategic thinking and team development. Services focus especially on professionals working a foreign environment, like development cooperation workers abroad or international managers finding themselves in a German context.
Coaching sessions can be held in-house, in the V&V office or using a carefully selected package of online media. Working languages are English, German and Dutch.
