Social Media – Hype or Necessity

In close cooperation with my colleague Katrin Kiefer, I organize a one-day workshop for NGO representatives about possibilities and challenges for using social media as a tool for public relations, knowledge management and internal communication. The workshop focuses on current practice and possibilities as well as the challenges it represents for the organization.

Moving in a new direction

A two-day workshop for managers, business owners, freelancers and teams, who want to take time to think about future work and projects. The workshop is a form of active self-reflection, connecting cognitive and spiritual elements. It combines yoga and the presencing approach.

Peacebuilding

In cooperation with the Centre for Conflict Research at the Marburg University, I organize a simulation of interaction between governmental and non-governmental actors in post-conflict regions.

In cooperation with the Akademie für Konflikttransformation I offer the following courses:
