Views & Vision Consulting is my bureau for organization development and conflict resolution. Central in my services are:

I work in international and intercultural settings. My clients are international organizations in development cooperation and peace building, and organizations and businesses in Germany and the Netherlands involved in Dutch-German cooperation. My services apply to management level, as well as to teams and individuals in the field. My working languages are English, German and Dutch.
